An illustrated woman sitting cross-legged on a rug, writing in a notebook with a pen. She has medium-length dark hair and is wearing a green sweater and brown pants. A large potted plant is beside her. There is a window with curtains showing clouds in the sky, and a pair of headphones on the floor nearby.

This World Was Not
Built For You.
So We Are Building Something Else.

Greetings to my fellow bouncy brains!

The Bouncy Brain offers quiet, neurodivergent-affirming resources designed with you—not for you. You deserve tools, language, and support that do not ask you to mask, adapt, or perform.

We also work with organizations to make systems less hostile, but this space is for the bouncy brains like yours.

Why We Support People & Systems

You should not have to self-regulate inside systems that were not made for you.

The Bouncy Brain supports you with tools for rest, clarity, and emotional pacing—and works with organizations to change how they treat, hire, and understand neurodivergent people.

You are not the problem. The system is. We work on both.

Our Philosophy

You Are Not A Problem to be Fixed

We reject deficit framing. We reject productivity as proof of worth.

We believe rest is productive, softness is strength, and systems—not individuals—are the thing that needs changing.

This space centers:

  • Autonomy

  • Sensory kindness

  • Survivor knowledge

  • Flexible access

  • Lived experience

We do not ask you to become more “resilient.”

We ask: what would it look like if you did not have to be?
