    Stories of shutdowns, unmasking, joy, transition, softness—or whatever else on your mind.

  • Downloadable Tools

    Planners, visual charts, guides—formats can vary.

  • Ideas or Topics

    Things you want us to write about, research, or illustrate.

  • Artwork or Visuals

    Must be original, accessible, and content-safe.

  • Blog Contributions

    Lived expertise, strategies, self-designed coping systems.

  • Professional Resources

    Empirical studies, implementation tools, reports (if you’re a clinician or researcher).

Submission Guidelines

  • You do not need to be a professional writer or designer.

  • We accept anonymous or named contributions.

  • All submissions are reviewed before publishing.

  • We will contact you before sharing.

  • Submissions must be neurodivergent-safe: no trauma dumps, no pathologizing language.
