The Bouncy Brain has a new home!

Howdy everyone!

A little update: The Bouncy Brain Newsletter has moved (from Substack)!

After some tinkering, designing, and a whole lot of “wait… why is this CSS doing that? ughhhhhhhh...!!!” moments, I built a brand new home for the website and newsletter. I find that Substack is better for discovering newsletters rather than for running one. I will still (occasionally) repost some newsletters to Substack for discovery purposes.

You can now find the new website here: thebouncybrain.com. 🥳

This intentional shift gives us a better place to grow — somewhere that feels more in line with our values.

I built the new website from the ground up, which was a fun (and very chaotic) adventure. There were plenty of tiny details to figure out: layouts, colors, typography, mobile/tablet design, newsletter setup, transitioning from Squarespace to Ghost (yay!), and all the little tweaks in between.

Along the way, I have also been shaping the TBB Framework — a way of thinking about designing systems where all brains can work well, not just the ones systems were built for. It has become a sort of North Star for us and the work we do with organizations, educators, and neurodivergent people.

The newsletter experience stays the same. If you are reading this email, you are already in the right place. 🎉

I am excited for what comes next.

Thanks for being here.
