What does The Bouncy Brain mean?
It is a playful way to describe neurodivergent cognition: curious, nonlinear, idea-rich, and deeply observant.
Is TBB a nonprofit or a business?
The Bouncy Brain is currently structured as a single-member LLC with community-facing initiatives. Long-term, we would re-structure to a hybrid model: LLC for business side and nonprofit for the community side.
Can I hire you if I am not neurodivergent?
Yes. We support organizations and allies committed to neurodivergent inclusion, and our resources are open to all.
Do you hire neurodivergent consultants?
Yes. Our work is grounded in lived experience, and neurodivergent consultants contribute directly to our programs and resources.
Do you only work in the U.S.?
No. The Bouncy Brain serves organizations nationwide. We are currently based in Nevada for businesses local to the Reno/Carson and South Lake Tahoe area.
Do you only work with startups or only large organizations?
We work with organizations of all sizes, from early-stage startups to large corporations and public agencies.
Do you only work with businesses, or do you also consult with schools and nonprofits?
While most of our work is with businesses, we also partner with nonprofits, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Do you offer scholarships or sliding scale?
We occasionally offer sliding scale rates for small nonprofits or community organizations. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Can you customize services for our industry?
Yes. We adapt all training, consulting, and resource recommendations to your organization’s industry, size, and culture.
How can I contribute to the blog or resource library?

How long does it take to see results from your consulting?
Initial improvements are often visible within the first 1–3 months, with long-term benefits growing over 6–12 months.
Do you provide ongoing support after the initial project?
Yes. We offer retainer partnerships for ongoing strategy, training refreshers, and troubleshooting.
Can we combine elements from different service packages?
Absolutely. We can create a hybrid package to meet your specific goals and budget.
